I created this space to offer the kind of support I needed but couldn’t find: real, flexible, and sustainable.
I hold qualifications as a Counsellor (BA Couns. progress), Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher, with further professional development in mindfulness-based techniques, expressive therapies, anxiety management, adaptive coping strategies, relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, communication, and attachment styles. This is supported by professional experience spanning across private practice, telephone and virtual support, residential rehabilitation, education, mental health, trauma-informed care, and neurodivergent experiences.
Alongside my professional experience, I bring the perspective of a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person who spent a lifetime navigating a busy brain without a map. I know firsthand how it feels to move through the world feeling unsupported, misunderstood, and unsure of what comes next. That lived experience revealed a gap in the kind of care many of us need—but rarely find.
That’s why I offer insight, education, and embodied practices that cut through the noise and support you to move forward with more resilience, confidence, and self-trust.

A personalised experience designed for busy brains, blending counselling, coaching, and mind-body practices to support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Each session meets you where you are and offers clarity, regulation, and practical direction for whatever you’re navigating.
