Why I Created Clarity Loading

Clarity Loading was born from lived experience- from the frustration of seeking support that felt out of reach, and the exhaustion of always needing to explain myself first.

I wanted a space where I didn’t have to mask, translate, or fit into someone else’s idea of healing. Support that made sense to me- not just in theory, but in practice.

That’s why the support I offer here doesn’t come with expectations about how you should show up, or ask you to edit parts of yourself just to have your experience validated.

I’m not here to tell you how to live. I’m here to help you remember that deep down, you’ve always known- & that the path becomes clearer when you let go of who you think you should be, and live in a way that feels most like you.

About Me

Hi 👋 I’m Sara,

I hold qualifications as a registered Counsellor (BA Couns. progress), 200hr Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. I’ve also completed additional training in mindfulness-based techniques, expressive therapies, anxiety management, adaptive coping strategies, relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, communication, and attachment styles.

My professional experience spans private practice, virtual and phone-based support, residential rehab, education, and trauma-informed mental health care. I’ve worked with people navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, communication challenges, and neurodivergent experiences- including those who don’t feel like they fit the ‘typical’ therapy mould.

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, I understand what it’s like to live with a busy, sensitive brain in a world that doesn’t always accommodate it. That lived insight shapes how I show up in my work with clients: with curiosity, flexibility, and practical tools tailored to your unique needs.

I draw on mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and nervous system education to help you regulate, reflect, and reconnect- with yourself, your values and with others. Whether you’re looking for space to unpack, strategies to support change, or embodied practices to reconnect with your body- I’m here to meet you where you are.

      A focused starting point to explore what you’re currently navigating and map out how best to support your growth. In this session, we’ll work together to identify your needs, clarify your goals, and choose a pathway that aligns with where you’re at and how you want to move forward.

    • 2️⃣ Holistic Counselling (Existing Clients)

      A structured personalised experience that blends holistic counselling, life coaching, nervous system education and mindfulness to support your overall wellbeing. Each session meets you where you are- offering practical guidance and support.

  • My approach combines therapeutic models and holistic mind-body practices to support your whole self- mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

    • 2️⃣ Mind-Body Integration (Existing Clients)

      A personalised experience that blends mindful movement (including yoga, functional mobility, and intuitive exploration), therapeutic sound, and energetic practices such as Reiki. These elements work together to release stored tension, rewire subconscious patterns, and restore connection between mind and body through embodied, non-verbal pathways.

    • You sense that what you’re carrying lives in your body, not just your mind, and you’re ready to explore non-verbal pathways for release and integration.

    • You’re living with chronic pain or physical tension and want to explore movement in a mindful, accessible way.

    • You’ve been operating on autopilot, disconnected from your body’s cues, and want support to feel safe returning to yourself.

    • You’re curious about energy-based practices and want to experience deeper integration between body, mind, and nervous system.

    • You’re looking for a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and explore what healing feels like in your body- not just what it sounds like in theory.

    • Mindful and somatic movement practices (such as Yoga) to support mobility, stability, and nervous system regulation

    • Reconnecting with body cues and physical sensations in a safe, supported way

    • Releasing stored tension and emotional holding patterns through movement and breath

    • Using sound (such as crystal bowls) to penetrate the subconscious and shift energetic frequencies

    • Meditation, guided insight, and relaxation practices (such as PMR) to support emotional release, manage chronic pain, and build a self-reflective practice - without needing to explain or perform
