Clarity Session (for new clients)
Clarity Sessions are a starting point for busy brains who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. In this 60-minute session, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface, identify what you need, and map out a direction that feels accessible and sustainable. These sessions help you feel grounded and decide whether ongoing support is the next step for you.
Available as a single session or as part of the Foundations four-session package.
Integrated Support Session (for existing clients)
Integrated Support Sessions offer personalised support for busy brains, blending counselling, coaching, and mind-body practices to support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Sessions are shaped by your current needs and offer space to explore where you’re feeling stuck, so you can create momentum in a way that feels clear, supportive, and aligned.
Available as a single session or as part of the Foundations four-session package.

The past few years have been tough. I’m sure I’m not the only one, but Covid (and everything else that came with it) really brought my awareness to how I feel being me, on my own and in my head. So since the lockdowns, I’ve spent a lot of scattered inconsistent time trying to become a better me; someone I like to be alone in my head with. I feel I’ve got myself to a good place, but after joining Sara, I’ve come away with tools and exercises that I feel will get me to an even better place than I thought possible. Sara is an amazing teacher. Her sessions help me relax and unwind after a long week.
